About us
ZM Investing was founded by two good friends and businessmen Zach and Matt who have a passion for real estate. For years we had talked about creating a business together and in 2021 we decided to use our knowledge, talents and experience to create ZM Investing. We specialize in buying, renovating and selling single-family homes, but also invest in other types of real estate, such as multifamily properties and commercial properties.
Zach Siebert 
Zach currently lives in South Florida with his wife Sarah and two children Colton and Olivia. Having grown up in the construction industry with his father being an architect and grandfather a general contractor, he’s always had a passion for construction. At the age of 18, with the help of his father, he bought his first “flip” working nights and weekends while attending college and working full time for a real estate company.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Everglades University and has been working in the construction industry for the past 20 years. From 2000-2006, he worked for a family owned General Contracting Company, Campbell Siebert, Inc, where he learned the industry inside and out.
In 2006 Zach gained employment at Weeks Services Group where he served as Assistant Project Manager on high profile jobs which included Advance Auto Parts.
From September 2010 until September 2012 he was responsible for Proietto Painting’s Residential Division where he walked clients though each step of the painting process to allow for complete customer satisfaction.
In September of 2012 he took the position of Project Manager with A & Y Construction. His daily duties involved project estimating for new projects, creating and maintaining project schedules, and project managing current commercial and residential projects throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties.
January 1st, 2014 he started his own Construction Management Company-Greenway Building, LLC. After setting up the company and an office in downtown Delray Beach, FL he focused his attention on his clients working on a wide range of projects from churches, shopping centers, and residential remodeling. While running his own company he also partnered with a large General Contractor, GK Development Group, where he was the Senior Project manager for larger projects throughout the State of Florida. During his time partnering with GK they did over 10 million in projects.
Zach co-founded ZM Investing with Matt in 2021. In his spare time he loves spending time with his family, being an amateur bourbon connoisseur, and barbecuing meat on his smokers.
Matt Gregory
Matt lives with his family just outside of Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Kelly and five children Landen, Lucas, Asher, Rosie, and Seth. He grew up in Pittsburgh, PA with parents who taught him the value of hard work and determination.
He started his corporate career working for CarMax in sales and worked his way up to Regional Sales Training Specialist responsible for training over 500 new sales consultants for the company.
Upon leaving CarMax, he then went to work for a large non-profit organization as the Communications Specialist for their Southern Asia region. Matt traveled extensively throughout Southern Asia working with vendors, local partners, and organizations to ensure the mission and vision of the organization was being executed in a consistent manner across multiple countries.
Matt then made a big leap in careers and went to work for a social media start-up. There he directed, administered, and coordinated the day-to-day operations of the company to support growth and add to the bottom line. As the Vice President of Operations he assisted the CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that covered operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and business units.
In 2016, Matt went to work for a multi-million dollar e-commerce company as its Chief Operating Officer working closely with the CEO to ensure the vision of the company was being implemented on all levels. Matt helped lead the growth of the company improving efficiencies and work flow for production while managing tight deadlines, budgets and sales goals.
In 2021, Matt co-founded ZM Investing with Zach. When he is not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, working in his garden, and considers himself a pretty good cook.

Invest with us.
We identify undervalued properties by looking for ones that need cosmetic updates or full gut and remodels. We then finance our projects through private investors and hard money lenders. We manage the renovation process ourselves, and we typically sell our properties within 6 months of purchase.
